Before dedicating his practice to helping accident victims, Victor spent more than a decade in immigration and general law, guiding families and businesses through complex and often emotional legal challenges. His background in negotiation, litigation, and business gives him a strong foundation for navigating high-stakes personal injury claims, but it’s his life experience that gives his work its heart.
When a freak accident took the life of his two-year-old daughter, Lucy, Victor’s world changed forever. That loss gave him firsthand insight into how fragile life can be and how an accident—big or small—can completely alter a family’s path. It also gave him a renewed sense of purpose: to help others find strength, hope, and stability after tragedy.
Since transitioning into personal injury law, Victor has recovered millions of dollars in settlements for clients throughout Utah. He has worked with major firms where he built a reputation for achieving exceptional results and for his genuine care for the people he represents.

Victor graduated from Pepperdine Law School and practiced briefly in Los Angeles California before moving to Utah. Prior to that he obtained a Bachelor's degree from BYU, and worked in higher education, sales & marketing. He has lived, worked, and traveled around the world in Latin America, Europe, and the United States. He is the proud father of 3 amazing kids and loves skiing, mountain biking, Muay Thai and getting his hands on a good book.
